BJU Life Science offers an interesting view of our physical world. In this course, jr. high students are given an opportunity to explore the earth. Your student will study cells (a rather slow chapter, but a needed one in order to understand life), genetic make-up, creation vs. evolution, the various animal kingdoms, etc…Through the course, they will have opportunity to work on a bug collection, be encouraged to explore creation around them and be taught to apply their newly acquired scientific knowledge to real life.

One of my favorite things about this book is how it is constantly pointing the student to the Creator. The student is prompted to look at science as the glory of our God; and that’s the way it should be-in science, and every other subject any student ever studies.
