You read this book
You're in for quite a treat
The art is cool
and striking too,
The wording trim and neat
Although it’s true
Come story’s end
You’ll be a bit depressed
The lesson learned
Will make you wise
And glad you read the rest.
For if there’s one thing
That I've learned
From this book of somber hue
It doesn’t pay
To heed the words
Of those who flatter you.
