David Field

Dr. David Field is the husband of one wife and father of three daughters, the eldest of whom has attended New St. Andrews. David teaches Christian Doctrine and Ethics at Oak Hill College in London, England. After reading theology at Oxford, he taught in a theological college in Nigeria for three years. Hist doctorate from Cambridge was in Puritan thought and was followed by five years as pastor of an evangelical church south of London. He then had four years in the commercial world as a head-hunter before moving to Oak Hill in 2000. He's a keen blogger, a fan of the English soccer team Everton, and a lover of fruit brandy and John Buchan novels.
