Cornerstones of Freedom

This series of nearly 200 books are jam-packed with information on very specific events in American history. Geared for ages 9-11, grades 4-6, each book includes both color and black & white photographs, maps, a glossary, and a timeline of the events surrounding the event covered. The originals from the 80s and 90s are all 32 pages and hardcover, but more recent editions have gone to paperback, and some have expanded to 64 pages. Nicely laid out and interesting. We list below the books we have encountered, but we link to two lists of the books, one by publishing order, and one in chronological sequence.
