Chemistry Level I Connects to Language (old)

The Language Kog introduces students to the Greek and Latin word roots of several scientific terms. By knowing the Greek and Latin word roots, students will have a better understanding of the scientific terms in each chapter of the Chemistry text. In addition to learning the Greek and Latin word roots, students will be introduced to five additional English vocabulary words that share a common root. By knowing other words that share a common root, students will develop a broader vocabulary. The Language Kog can also be used with Chemistry Level 2.
