This course was designed to follow up the Primary Level Early American History course and give elementary students coverage of the western expansion of the U.S. It's a good (challenging!) course, but much of its material and book list has been incorporated into new editions of the Primary and Intermediate guides, so the publishers have no plans to reissue this course in the new, full-color format. We'll have it until our stock runs out!
