  Beautiful Stories From Shakespeare
Olivia R. of Oregon, 6/15/2016
Beautiful stories from Shakespeare is one of my favorite books. I love all the different tales in it. They are very nice to read because they were written by a talented author. I've heard of a couple of the stories before, but this was my first time reading them. I've read the library book five times.
Introduction to the Stories of Shakespeare

This book is wonderfully written and brings the themes and stories of Shakespeare to life for the younger reader (10+). The reason I gave this book only 4 stars is because I have seen the hardcover version and the artwork is absolutely beautiful in full color. Elizabeth Nesbit tells the stories in a way younger children will be able to grasp, creating a familiarity and love of the characters that will stay with kids. Our daughters know Viola, Olivia, Kate, and Juliet just as well as Laura and Mary; Lucy and Susan.
