Abby received her degree in history at Bob Jones University and has an affection for the classics, particularly works by Shakespeare and Dickens. Since she is fond of history, Abby continues to study and research the histories and cultures of both the South and Great Britain. Abby has a background in drama and enjoys a good musical or play. In addition to helping to create and update some of the study guides for the Smarr courses, Abby works parttime at Classic Book Supply in High Falls, Georgia. Abby is a talented public speaker whose lectures on "The Character of the Southern Woman" and "The Life of Margaret Michell" are popular.
