Bible Reference

The stories found in the Bible often make little or no sense to our Western mindset with its modern/postmodern influence. Understanding the culture and geography behind them will lead to better understanding of the stories themselves and lend a greater sense of intimacy for us who are so distanced by time and space. The aids in this category, useful for study by all ages, include maps, charts, outlines, and timelines of the events and places in the Bible.

Review by C. Hollis Crossman
C. Hollis Crossman used to be a child. Now he is a husband and father, teaches adult Sunday school in his Presbyterian congregation, and likes weird stuff. He might be a mythical creature, but he's definitely not a centaur. Read more of his reviews here.
