In Art A, fourth graders are introduced to the fundamental principles of color and perspective. These concepts are introduced and practiced using basic drawing, coloring, and painting techniques and various media, including colored pencils and watercolors. A decorative calendar begins each monthly selection, and suggestions for interesting variations and further practice stimulates creativity. The art book has been carefully organized and illustrated so that students may work on them independently. Order one per student.
