Dr. Peter J. Leithart is an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church in America and for several years served as pastor of Trinity Reformed Church in Moscow, ID, where he also taught literature and theology at New St. Andrews College, and directed the NSA graduate program in theology. He holds a Master of Theology from Westminster Seminary, Philadelphia, and a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. He is a contributing editor to Touchstone magazine, and was also a regular contributing author to Credenda/Agenda. He is now the president of the Theoplolis Institute in Birmingham, Alabama.
Peter and his wife Noel have ten children, several of whom are now married: Woelke, Lindsey, Jordan, Sheffield, Christian, James, Emma, Smith, MargaretAnn, and Garnett.
