Early in August, we announced that we would be officially closing at the end of October. While there are some interesting possibilities developing, we're still going with the official plan and will be vacating this building on October 31st. As we hit the home stretch and enter those last 20 days, here are a few final announcements.
Discounts
- At this point most of the best discounts we can offer online are already applied. But for a number of items, we can offer slightly better discounts in-store, so if you want to make sure you're getting the best deal, be sure to come visit us!
- Though most things are currently discounted as low as we're willing to go, we are accepting reasonable offers on Christian books and reference books. Let's make a deal!
- We keep getting questions about discounts on IEW, All About Learning, Notgrass, Classical Conversations, History Through the Ages, Beast Academy, and Right Start Math. We are not able to discount these but we are offering a $5 rebate (good for free media shipping online or as a coupon off other discountable items) if you spend at least $50 on any combination of these products.
- All games are 30% off in-store. Dover coloring books are 30% off!
- We will be applying additional in-store discounts on fiction, literature & picture books by select publishers such as Harper Collins, Penguin, Random House and Simon & Schuster.
IMPORTANT NOTICE Regarding Store Credit & Gift Certificates
- If you have store credit or a gift certificate, please use it in store, online, or by phone order before October 20th! These credits and certificates may NOT be redeemed for cash. After October 20th all store credit and gift certificates will become invalid. If you're not sure whether you have credit, please call us and we can easily check for you, or log into your account online.
Shelving
- We still have some shelves for sale, including quite a few of our tall white bookshelves (see picture on right.) These are 3' x 6' x 1', pressboard, non-adjustable. Quite solid! $25 for one, price negotiable for 4 or more. If you're interested email, call, or come into the store to reserve one (or more!), or click here to see our full selection of bookshelves.
- If you have already requested or paid for shelving, here are a few things to note. All shelves must be paid for before the 20th and picked up between October 23rd and 28th (That Saturday will probably be quite busy so if you can come earlier in the week, we'd recommend it!).
