Last month we sent out a newsletter announcing the launch of our customer survey, and we had an almost instant response. We've been looking through your comments and so far they have been extremely helpful. However, we know that a lot of you either missed the link or still haven't clicked on it. Don't worry, though! There's still time to make your voice heard! Once you've completed the survey you'll receive a coupon code for $5 off your purchase of $25 or more at Exodus (expires May 31). Plus, U.S. residents can enter a drawing for a $50 gift certificate. The prize drawing is on April 1st (no joke!) so take advantage of it soon!
We'll be making a number of changes based on your survey answers. Several are already in the works, and we'll let you know the plans we have in mind in April's newsletter.
In other exciting news, our bookbuyer Rhiannon is getting married to Adam on Saturday, March 19th, which means we'll be closed all day to celebrate! She'll be gone for the rest of March (and into April) on her honeymoon. If you're planning on bringing in books to sell this month be aware that we will be short staffed, with longer wait times at the bookbuying counter. It may be best to wait until the second week of April so you can help us keep the newlywed busy.
