This text uses Second Year Latin by Fr. Henle which continues to develop the student's skill with Latin. This text focuses more on translation of longer passages although there are exercises and a review of the material covered in First Year Latin. Within the review the text introduces vocabulary and refers the student to the accompanying Grammar for the corresponding declensions, conjugations, and grammatical rules. The Latin III Syllabus has a day-by-day breakdown of this course along with quizzes, tests, answers to the quizzes and tests and a variety of teaching resources including Eleventh Grade Learning Objectives, and grading charts. This is a 1 year course.
