This is not a complete game, but a box of five random military miniatures. You need the starter set (which is not always available...) which contains the maps, rules and dice to really play. See my review for the full game here.
This Counter Offensive set has 60 different miniatures including German, Russian, American, British, Japanese, and Romanian units. Each booster contains one "rare," one two "uncommon" and two "common" miniatures. Usually each box contains vehicles (tanks, trucks, planes) and three soldiers (men or artillery).
