Dreams come in all sizes. For the young man who joins up with a sign painter, his greatest dream is to be an artist. The sign painter takes the young man on as a helper, and together they travel across the country, painting billboards. The pair discovers that for the man who hired them, his dream is to build a giant amusement park named ArrowStar. Will he succeed in his dream? Will the young man succeed in his dream to be a painter? It may not seem like he's fulfilling his desires by living as a sign painter, painting other people's dreams, but dreams have to start somewhere and the young man is well on his way.
