This book has a lot of different, helpful ways that you can cut down on your grocery budget. Yes, they do talk about coupons, more helpful to me were the chapters on condensing how often you shop (it takes more planning than just going every week) and cooking in bulk (it's really fun to have easy meals in the freezer!).
The style is fun and easy to read. Very inspirational!
