Exploring the Building Blocks of Science Book 2 introduces students to foundational scientific concepts and terminology along with an overview of tools used in the different scientific disciplines. Real science concepts are explained clearly and in a manner that is easy for kids to understand. Using this book gives kids a solid base on which to build a further study of science. The Teacher's Manual provides instructions for guiding students through the experimental process, suggests guided inquiry questions to help students think critically about the experiments they are performing, lists objectives for each experiment, and provides answers where applicable.
